As an Operations Specialist, you'll play an instrumental role in coordinating releases and managing a range of operational tasks. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, so anticipate working closely with colleagues from diverse teams to enhance processes and tackle challenges head-on. 

Furthermore, you'll also have the chance to contribute to new innovative projects and features while setting up automation testing for seamless, future-proof operations. 

Desirable Qualifications: 

• Possess at least two years of experience in support or development, preferably in e-commerce or IT sector. 
• A keen eye for detail and a talent for optimizing efficiency 
• Proactive and service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. 
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with different e-commerce platforms.  
• Excellent English communication skills. 
• Earned a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
