Marketing Coordinator – Kvik A/S Aarhus

Kvik is a dynamic and innovative company and for our Marketing department in Aarhus, Risskov we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

Marketing is a central part of the Kvik organisation, we work with many touchpoints and stakeholders, both internally and externally. We take great pride in being digital first movers and delivering traffic and bookings to all our stores. We are a dedicated team consisting of Marketing Managers, Digital Specialists, Graphic Designers and Content creators.

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be supporting the Marketing Managers in executing and managing various marketing campaigns and projects – primary in the Nordics, but some tasks will go across all Kvik countries. Your role will involve coordinating with different teams, handling administrative tasks and ensuring that all marketing activities run smoothly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Managers primarily in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Germany in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Create timelines and processes for marketing materials – for example text, proofreads and packing and shipping lists
  • Coordinating the execution and production of local marketing materials for local campaigns and store openings
  • Assist and coordinate in the creation, execution, production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and newsletters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or the like in Marketing, Business Communication or a related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant
  • Digital mindset with strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • You love to write and do it fluently in Danish. On top of that your English allows you to thrive in an international environment, where English is the common language in meetings and written communication. Experience with Norwegian and Swedish is a plus
  • Highly organised and structured with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
