Are you ambitious, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving digital environment? At Kvik, we’re looking for a driven SEO Specialist who’s ready to grow with us, shape the future of our online presence, and make a real impact through innovation and smart optimization.

In this role, you’ll join our passionate digital team and over time become the go-to person for SEO. You’ll be hands-on with everything from technical fixes to data analysis, while also contributing to larger digital projects that push our brand forward. What matters most is not that you know everything already, but that you bring energy, curiosity, and a strong will to learn and develop.

This is a full-time position based at our Aarhus office in Risskov, reporting to the Digital & E-commerce Director.

What you’ll be doing

Grow our SEO performance

• Analyze data and traffic to uncover new opportunities for visibility and growth
• Work with on-page and technical SEO – including speed, mobile, and structured data
• Keep our content fresh, optimized, and relevant for our customers
• Support link-building initiatives and keyword strategies

Innovate and optimize

• Monitor performance with relevant tools
• Share insights and ideas with colleagues and stakeholders in a clear, business-oriented way
• Take part in larger digital projects and tasks to secure best possible performance

Collaborate and learn

• Work closely with colleagues in marketing, content, and tech
• Bring new ideas, test solutions, and learn from results
• Stay curious about the latest SEO trends, AI tools, and innovations

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or online performance analysis
• An education within marketing, communication, digital commerce or simply a proven passion for SEO
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn fast and take on new challenges
• Some knowledge of technical SEO is a plus, but not a requirement
• Experience with tools like GA4, Excel, Ahrefs, or/and other
• An ambitious mindset, with attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills – able to turn data into insights that everyone understands
