International Academy Specialist - Kvik A/S

Are you looking for an international role within a company where sales and growth are keywords? Can you drive a Sales Academy to the next level in an environment where learning and performance go hand in hand? Then you might be the right person to join our team.

You will be responsible for the overall strategic development of our sales training in 12 markets. Our systems are best in class - your task is to bring us to the next level. As our new International Academy Specialist, you will own all levels of our Sales Academy. You will drive sales through a set-up of activities that have a direct link to the growth strategy of Kvik. Together with your key stakeholders, you will set the agenda.

You will operate on all levels, as you will also be responsible for the operational content during the year, coordinating and administering our international training. Another important part of your job will be to own our Learning Management platform.

Your specialist role will be both on a developing and an administrative level where you will take the lead on the sales training set-up in Kvik. A set-up that contains both online and physical trainings. You will be responsible for making sure that everything is in line with the needs from Kvik A/S and our stores. As you will own the set-up, you will be responsible for making sure we have the right trainers (internal & external), content, and that the return on investment is high and can be measured.

At Kvik, we want to continue to grow at a high pace, and to do that, we need you on our HR and Academy team. We are looking for a person with a passion to succeed and to work in a high-speed international environment. A person who can work with many different tasks at the same time and still delivers at a high level.

Can you build strong relations with your colleagues and customers?

Stakeholder management is a key factor in becoming a success. You must build a strong relationship with your key stakeholders in Kvik A/S and the franchisees in our stores. As an International Academy Specialist, you are in the spotlight. Your positive attitude and mindset to “make it work” are often the difference between success and failure. To become successful, the following criteria are crucial:

• You take ownership with a passion to succeed.

• You drive an International Academy set-up for franchisees and sales staff in +180 stores.

• You contribute to the overall strategic development of Kvik’s Academy in all our markets.

• You are able to plan and prioritize your tasks and set up a structure that works.

• You have a business mindset as learning and support cannot stand alone. You must understand the business to be able to deliver.

You are expected to travel approx. 25-30 days a year to visit your colleagues from Kvik stores and country teams, as well as facilitating trainings. The International Academy Specialist will report directly to the HR & Academy Director in Kvik.

What does it take to be a part of Kvik?

Kvik is looking for a profile who has experience in supporting an Academy set-up – you are already used to work with one or several different Learning Management Systems and are no stranger to facilitate trainings, including sparring with trainers, booking training facilities etc. You do not need to be an experienced HR professional, but your learning ability must be at a high level. Most of our communication is in English. It is therefore a must that you are comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and orally, for presentations, meetings, and trainings, as well as being fluent in Danish.

A structured mindset is necessary to have the overview of the complexity of supporting many different workflows in a matrix organisation across several countries. Experience from working with retail and franchisees can be a huge advantage as well. In your sparring and cooperation with external consultants, it is important that you already have experience in conducting training courses.

Finally, you may fill out a similar specialist role today, but it doesn’t need to have an international scope already, as long as you are highly motivated and driven by the challenge.

Personal qualifications

In Kvik, we are proud of our culture. We have a very good working environment and a high energy level. As our new International Academy Specialist, we expect you to support and be an active part of this.

We therefore expect that you:

• are structured, good at organizing, and you pay attention to details when needed.

• are ambitious, dedicated, passionated and you have an excellent self-insight.

• are self-going, a strong communicator and used to communicating with different people.

• have a high level of drive, while still with the ability to listen.

• are team-oriented but also motivated by driving own agenda with impact.

You want to be the best, but you know that you cannot do it alone, and you support our ONE TEAM mindset.
