Graphic Designer for Kvik in Vildbjerg
with a strong digital focus, passion for motion, and a solid grip on print.
Are you a structured Graphic Designer who loves branding and motion graphics, and who thrives in a professional setup where high quality is the standard? Join our team at Kvik A/S in Vildbjerg.
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with a minimum of four years of experience from an international company or agency to join our Marketing Graphics Team. Your primary playground will be digital media, but you will also play a key role in several of our major print and POS projects. You will become part of a strong professional setup reshaping how Danish design meets modern digital workflows.
About the Role
You will join a global marketing department and become an integral part of a well‑tuned marketing engine spread across our headquarters in Vildbjerg, our office hub in Aarhus, and colleagues stationed in our local markets. Here, the Graphic Team acts as a key player in executing campaigns and materials, both for internal and external stakeholders, supporting over 180 stores across 10 diverse markets.
This is not just a production role. As a Graphic Designer at Kvik, you serve as the connecting link that ties together the creative threads and brings our brand to life across print, POS materials, digital platforms, and video.
You ensure that our campaigns are ready to be executed locally across Europe. This involves close collaboration with our local Marketing Managers and our internal Product Development team, making you a vital contributor in visually bringing our products to life.
You will be responsible for our Design Book in close cooperation with the Product Team, and you will also be responsible for updating our Brand Guide.
One day you’re editing high‑paced social media ads for a campaign launch; the next you’re driving the process for our high‑end catalogue.
The Modern Designer’s Toolbox
At Kvik, the modern Graphic Designer is a versatile hybrid. The role demands a seamless blend of classic DTP craftsmanship and modern digital storytelling, including motion graphics.
We prioritize the right mindset and adaptability. You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one, but we expect curiosity and a desire to master the full spectrum of our visual expression. We provide thorough onboarding to ensure you feel secure in our systems and workflows.
We believe in working smarter. By integrating AI and automation, we streamline high‑volume production and versioning where it’s possible. This is never about replacing creativity. It's about freeing it.
Global Team Spirit
You join a specialized team where we lift together.
- The Team: We are three full‑time designers at Kvik HQ in Vildbjerg, and you will become one of them. In addition, we work daily with our four talented colleagues in our nearshore setup in Ukraine.
- Leadership: You report to the Senior Team Leader, Graphics, who is also deeply involved in daily production. This means you get a leader who acts as both manager and sparring partner, fully understanding the craft and deadlines you face.
- Partnerships: You will collaborate closely with our local Marketing Managers, external agencies, and internal departments.
Your Responsibilities
We focus on proactivity and personal leadership. You take ownership of your tasks and drive them from initial brief to final delivery.
- Digital & Video: Create engaging ads and motion content for Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and in‑store screens.
- Design Book & Product Launches: Lead the production of our Design Book. You will also be part of our internal product launch group, influencing Kvik’s visual expression and applying your creativity within our established frameworks.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain our visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring every pixel aligns with our guidelines.
- Smart Production: Handle versioning and high‑volume production efficiently. You embrace the mix of creativity and execution, using technology to reduce manual workflows.
- Ad‑hoc: Support the team with occasional ad‑hoc tasks. While not your focus, stepping in when needed is part of our shared team culture.
We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum four years as a Graphic Designer in an international company or agency.
- Core Skills: A strong digital focus and solid motion skills, combined with a clear understanding of print production and editorial layout.
- Language Skills: Professional English skills, written and spoken, as English is our company language.
- Productivity & Quality: You balance efficiency with craftsmanship. We are a busy department with many deadlines, and you know how to maintain momentum without compromising creative quality or technical precision.
- Tech Stack & Future Tech: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential. We expect strong skills in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and a curious mindset for exploring new AI tools while filtering out the noise.
- Mindset: You finish what you start. You see opportunities rather than obstacles in our structured processes and enjoy fine‑tuning the visual output within the strategic direction.
- Location: Your primary base is our HQ in Vildbjerg. This is essential as your closest stakeholders and the rest of your team are located here. However, since we collaborate closely with colleagues in our Aarhus Office, it is a requirement that you occasionally work from our Aarhus office to strengthen the relations.
