Product Manager - Customer Engagement & Martech

Location: Risskov, Aarhus (DK) - Full-time

To support this journey, we are looking for a Product Manager - Customer Engagement & Martech who can turn customer data and insights into personalized experiences and measurable business impact. 

In this role, you will help shape how Kvik uses customer data, marketing automation, and lifecycle communication to create more relevant customer experiences and drive conversion across our digital channels. 

You will own and develop key parts of Kvik’s customer engagement and Martech ecosystem, working with platforms such as Tealium (Customer Data Platform) and Agillic (Marketing Automation) to activate customer data and deliver personalized communication across channels and touchpoints, including our customer universe MyKvik. 

You will join our Digital & E-commerce team, consisting of several specialists across digital product and development, e-commerce, and performance marketing. We collaborate closely across Digital, Marketing, IT, and Commercial teams, and work with colleagues across several international markets. 

You will report to the Digital & E-commerce Director and play an important role in strengthening Kvik’s digital capabilities and customer engagement strategy. 

The position is based at our office in Risskov, Aarhus. 

Your impact 

Customer engagement and personalization are becoming increasingly important drivers of growth at Kvik. 

In this role, you will help shape how we use customer data and marketing automation to create connected and personalized customer experiences across the entire lifecycle. 

You will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful customer communication and enabling smarter segmentation, stronger lifecycle engagement, and more personalized interactions across our digital channels. 

Your work will directly influence how we convert inspiration into customers, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase lifetime value through smarter use of customer data and automation. 

You will also contribute to the continued development of Kvik’s Martech ecosystem, ensuring that customer data, marketing platforms, and digital touchpoints work seamlessly together to deliver personalized customer journeys across channels and touchpoints. 

Your responsibilities 

You take ownership of defining direction, shaping strategy, and ensuring strong execution. 

Customer data & segmentation 

Develop and strengthen our unified customer view through our Customer Data Platform (Tealium) and ensure customer data is structured, activated, and used effectively across channels and touchpoints. 

Customer journeys & marketing automation 

Design, build, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys, with a strong focus on email marketing and marketing automation through Agillic. Continuously analyze performance and improve engagement and conversion. 

Customer lifecycle & loyalty 

Support the development of customer lifecycle programs and loyalty initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and increase lifetime value through our customer universe MyKvik. 

Lead nurturing & conversion 

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead nurturing, qualification, and conversion throughout the customer journey. 

Personalization & digital growth 

Enable online growth through data-driven personalization, targeted communication, and campaign optimization. Monitor and improve key KPIs such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, and average order value. 

Your first priorities 

During your first 6-12 months, you will focus on: 

  • Taking ownership of strengthening segmentation and data activation through Tealium CDP 

  • Defining and optimizing email marketing and lifecycle journey strategy in Agillic 

  • Developing and scaling automated customer journeys across the full customer lifecycle 

  • Improving lead nurturing and customer engagement across digital touchpoints 

  • Driving personalization and conversion initiatives across kvik.com 

  • Contributing to the development of Kvik’s customer engagement and Martech strategy 

What you bring 

 
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Marketing Automation, CDP or similar customer engagement platforms 

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, lifecycle communication, and marketing automation 

  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and improved customer experiences 

  • Experience with customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization 

  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach - comfortable defining direction, building a strong roadmap, and executing initiatives 

  • Experience working in environments where marketing, technology, and data intersect 

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive digital initiatives across teams and stakeholders 

  • A curious and pragmatic mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working 

Experience with Agillic, Tealium, or similar Martech platforms is considered an advantage. 

Preferably, you hold a degree in Digital, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

As we work across international markets and teams, professional English skills (written and spoken) are required
