As a Website Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our digital platforms, with a primary focus on our website (Umbraco CMS) while also contributing to our E-commerce experience. Your goal is to ensure optimal performance, proactively address issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and support business growth.

Reporting to the Digital & E-commerce Director, you’ll be part of our Digital & E-commerce department, where we are guided by strong values and ambitious digital goals. As part of our innovative and forward-thinking team, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the user experience and collaborating closely with talented colleagues and stakeholders both within and outside the company.

This role is based in our Aarhus office in Risskov.

What you’ll be doing

You will optimize website speed, responsiveness, and user experience while analyzing performance data and user behavior to drive continuous improvements. Collaborating with developers, you will implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth updates, all while maintaining and enhancing the Umbraco CMS website for both visual appeal and technical excellence.

Website bug tracking & issue resolution

You will identify and resolve website bugs and technical issues before they impact users, collaborating with the Digital Operations and development teams to ensure efficient fixes, minimal downtime, and a seamless customer experience.

Collaboration & Communication

You will be the go-to expert for website performance and platform functionality, working closely with Product Managers, Growth Specialists, IT teams, and Marketing specialists to align digital solutions with business goals while providing clear, actionable insights to enhance website performance and user experience.

What you bring to the table

• Passion and eager to make a difference with a problem-solving attitude with the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced digital environment. Where being proactive is very important.
• Min. 3 years of experience in website management, digital optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Umbraco) and e-commerce systems.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) — you love turning data into action.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, web technologies, and UX best practices.
• Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree in Digital, Marketing, or Business – and consider yourself tech-savvy.
