About the role
As part of the International Retail Support team, you will play a key role in helping our franchisees and their teams succeed. You’ll contribute to ensuring that Kvik gains valuable insights into the end-customer experience across the entire customer journey.

As an International Retail Supporter, you’ll coordinate and support supply chain processes primarily for the Swedish market, while also contributing to other markets. You’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and a positive mindset.
Location: Vildbjerg (preferred maximum drive: 45 minutes)
Key responsibilities
You will play a central role in coordinating customer orders, helping to ensure that deliveries are made on time and with high precision. Working closely with internal teams, you will handle logistics and actively contribute to solving any challenges that arise along the way. You will be a trusted partner for the stores, supporting them throughout the value chain – from planning and ordering to delivery and follow-up. The job involves working with a complex product – the kitchen – where technical details, installation requirements and product dependencies require daily problem solving and a curious approach to new product knowledge. You collaborate across teams to find the best solutions and are not afraid to ask questions or seek new knowledge. An important part of the role is handling complaints and following up on customer cases, and you must be comfortable using the telephone as an active work tool – both for customer contact and to ensure that follow-ups are completed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with solid experience in retail, customer support and/or supply chain – preferably in a global organisation. You must have strong commercial acumen and the ability to maintain an overview and focus even under pressure. Fluency in Swedish at native speaker level is a requirement, as well as a high level of English and a third language such as Danish, Norwegian, Flemish or German. Knowledge of Navision is an advantage.

You take the initiative in dialogue, especially when challenges arise, and you are comfortable using the telephone as an active work tool – both for customer contact and follow-up.
